Steven Liu, MD
Prinicpal Investigator
Dr. Steven Liu earned his medical degree at Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago in 1991. He took his internship and residency at the University of California and continued his residency and fellowship at the University of Washington Medical Center and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center from 1994-1998. Since moving to Alaska in 2005, he established his oncology practice and his affiliation with the Providence Cancer Center. He has also served as chair for the Department of Medicine at the Alaska Regional Hospital. Dr. Liu works full-time at Alaska Oncology and Hematology, where he currently serves as the Principal Investigator.

Jeremy Rosiecki, PA-C, MPH
Jeremy Rosiecki pursued his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Alaska, Anchorage, in 2010 and accomplished his Master’s degree in Public Health Science at the same University in 2015. He pursued and finished the MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant Program at the University of Washington in 2016. He was previously a certified Histotechnologist (2017) and has broad experience in the fields of Cytology, Histology, and Autopsy. Mr. Jeremy is an active member of the Alaska Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. He has been working in the field of Oncology and Hematology for seven years now. He is a consultant and speaker for multiple pharmaceutical companies.

Talia Wyckoff, RN

Maeve Settle
Maeve Settle earned her bachelor's degree in Physiological Science from UCLA in 2025. She has previously conducted clinical research in a stroke rehabilitation hospital at UCLA and is excited to help advance clinical research access for the people of Alaska through AKORNE.
